1. Which countries does FUEGO ship to?
FUEGO currently ships to many countries around the world. To check the available countries for shipping, please select your destination country from the country selector at the bottom of the website.
2. How long does shipping take?
The shipping time for international orders varies depending on the destination country or region, but generally, it takes between 5 and 20 days from shipment.
3. How are customs duties, import taxes, and VAT handled?
Customs duties, taxes, and VAT may be applied by the customs office of the destination country when the product arrives. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. FUEGO is not responsible for the payment of any customs duties, taxes, or VAT.
4. Can I return or exchange my items?
FUEGO accepts returns only if the item is unused, with tags attached, and in its original condition (including packaging). If there is any sign of use, damage, or dirt, or if the packaging is damaged, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Please send us a photo of the product and packaging beforehand to confirm if a return or exchange is possible.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and initiate the return process.
Exchanges are possible for size changes, but only if the desired size is in stock.
Please note that return shipping costs and reshipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Can I change my order after completing it?
It may be difficult to make changes once the order is confirmed, but if you contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to accommodate changes. If the order is already in the processing stage, changes may not be possible, so please be aware of this.
